1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Missing items in the order

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the devotional and personal-use nature of pooja products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Incense sticks and powders after opening
• Oils and liquids once seal is broken
• Customized or special-order items

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if available in stock. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
